PRIVACY POLICY

In order to fulfil my ‘contract’ to provide CranioSacral Therapy I need to hold certain information about clients; this will include your name, contact details and relevant medical and life history as agreed by you during any consultation. I also hold your name and contact details in my email address book.

You should note that this information is completely confidential and that the information is used to give you the best possible treatment and review progress with you or contact you about appointments. The information you give will NOT be used for any other purpose.

I am required by my Code of Ethics and insurance to keep the information for a specific length of time (currently 7 years after the last visit for most adults and up to 21 plus 7 years for most children). I take the security of your personal information very seriously and your notes are held by me in a secure place.

As a client you have the right to see or suggest corrections to the information I hold about you and you can complain if you are unhappy with the way I am holding this information.

I am a member of the Craniosacral Society and am fully insured to practice.
